During a live class a Formagier will share the basics behind cheese making, flavor development, tasting techniques, cheese making, the milk types, fermentation and preservation for each cheese on the board, these cheeses will all have unique features to guide you towards finding out what your palette gravitates towards.
As hard as it is, we will be picking our top cheeses and wines-our favorites-to share with you for class. Hopefully one of these will make YOUR favorite list!
